Delivery Time

Orders within Latvia are delivered within 1–4 business days*.
*Delivery may take longer than usual during sale periods.

Note: If the items you ordered are located in different warehouses, the delivery time may be extended by 1–2 business days. After placing your order, you will see the estimated delivery date.

VENIPAK

• Parcel Machine – parcels are stored in the locker for 3 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender and will not be resent.
• Courier – you will receive an SMS the day before delivery with delivery information. If delivery fails three times, the parcel will be returned to the sender and will not be resent.

Using the link provided in the SMS, you can redirect the parcel to the nearest Venipak locker.

OMNIVA 

Parcels are stored in the locker for 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within 3 days, OMNIVA will send an SMS reminder. If not collected within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to the seller.

DPD

The evening before delivery, DPD will notify you via SMS. On the delivery day, the courier will call before arrival. You can change the delivery address or date using the link in the SMS.

Damaged packaging

Important! When receiving a shipment from a DPD courier or collecting it from an OMNIVA or Venipak parcel locker, please check whether the packaging or items are damaged. If so, note this on the delivery document and/or inform us by email at klienti@open24.lv within 3 calendar days.
