How to buy

First of all, sign up (instructions on how to fill in the registration form correctly are provided at the end of this page). Then find a Crocs model you like in our online store. Select a colour and size. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. If you want to add something to your cart, you can continue browsing the store. The product you have selected will be saved in the "Shopping Cart". Repeat the above action with all selected products. As soon as you decide that you are done with shopping, click on the "Buy" button in the Shopping Cart on the right side of the top of the screen. In this page you can review the list of selected products and change your order (add or remove products). Then click on the "Continue" button and you will get to "Buyer's Information". Here you will have to fill the form with data necessary for us to deliver the products to you. If you want to surprise a friend or buy products in the name of a company, this page will offer you such a possibility. Then click on "Continue" again and "Confirm Order". Before confirming the order, please be sure to read the Rules of our store. The next step after confirmation of the order is Payment. All you will have to do is select the method of payment. If you select payment In Cash on Delivery, you will have to confirm that you will pay the courier in cash on delivery of your order. All you will have to do is wait for the delivery of the products you have ordered.

Our product filter will be very helpful to you when searching for certain products in our online store. Let's say you are looking for men's Crocs, size 43. Go to For Men>>click on the size 43 icon in the size option and the system will filter all Crocs footwear, size 43, currently available in our store. Using the filter, you can choose selection criteria: colour or size. We truly hope that the filter will make your search for products in our store faster and more effective.

Purchase agreement:

On the order confirmation page, you will have to check the box to confirm that you are familiar with the rules of shopping in our store. The rules are the purchase agreement. We recommend not only reading but also printing it. The agreement may change over time, so it would be better for you to have a copy of the agreement as it is on the date of shopping. By clicking on the "Confirm Order"" button, you will confirm the order of the products contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order you will get a confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. The purchase agreement will enter into force as soon as we receive a notice from the bank that the payment has been made.

Prices

All prices indicated on the website are final, i.e. they already include the value added tax established by law.

Delivery costs

Open24 delivers goods within the territory of Latvia for 2 LVL (per shipment).

Payment methods

• Using e-banking “Bank-link” service;
• Transfer;
• In cash on delivery by the courier service.

Terms of delivery

Products are delivered within 1–3 working days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and the choice of payment by bank transfer, delivery time may be prolonged up to 3–4 working days. More information on delivery is available in section Delivery all over Latvia.
